Kevin Andrew Cotter Kevin Andrew Cotter is a lifelong resident of Ontario County, New York. Mr. Cotter has a keen interest in American history. The Lurking Devil of Murder is Cotter's second book. Cotter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, and a Master of Divinity degree from Northeastern Seminary at Roberts Wesleyan College, in Rochester N. Y.
